Canandaigua Players Productions, Inc. was formed in 2010 by a group of parents, alumni and friends of the Canandaigua Academy Players in an effort to support and promote the productions of the Canandaigua Academy Players. We are a not for profit, wholly separate entity, that seeks to increase community support for the Academy Players through fundraising and volunteer opportunities. We also seek to increase alumni and community involvement in the creation of productions, while also giving students as many opportunities to participate and excel in theatre as possible. Volunteers to work back of house during our shows helping with costume changes and supervision, and those who can help hand out programs and monitor safety in the aisles during shows.
Concessions Leader or Co-Leaders (help organize concession sales and organize volunteers for each show)
Fundraising Chair (helps identify and organize fundraising opportunities for CPP, work with volunteers as needed to help with fundraising efforts)
Social Media Helper (helps post notications on Facebook and Instagram about upcoming events or shows. Use of Canva is helpful but not necessary as we have someone who can create and send graphics to be scheduled and posted. Training will be provided as needed.)
