Alumni Reunion

For 30 years, Scott Schauman has been at the helm directing the Canandaigua Academy Players in both dramas and musical productions. Over the years, through the presentation of these excellent productions, the Canandaigua community has enjoyed the hard work and attention to detail Scott has consistently provided. But most importantly, those who participated as a member of the Canandaigua Academy Players, technical crew, and musical pit members have benefited greatly. Those benefits include wonderful show memories and performances, the creation of lifelong friendships, and even the passionate forging of careers.

With this hallmark year in Scott's tenure, we are hosting an alumni reunion event during the final weekend of the 2020 Canandaigua Academy Players production of "Mamma Mia!" We open this reunion event to all past actors, singers, technical crew, and pit orchestra members. Come, enjoy a reliving of your memories, rekindling of your friendships, an excellent performance of "Mamma Mia!," and a time to associate with Scott Schauman once more.

The reunion is Saturday, March 21st. Your reunion activities for the day consist of the following:
Kick-off breakfast with friends
Rehearsal to review the songs you will perform that evening. Evening activities include your attendance at "Mamma Mia!" where you will join the current cast to perform three songs at the end of the performance.
After Party at Eddie O'Brien's Grille and Bar, where appetizers are provided as you catch up with everyone and make new memories.

There is a nominal charge of $40, which covers the food, a T-shirt, a performance ticket, and fun for the day. More details will follow after you register BELOW:

Please join us and invite everyone you know who was involved in this program since 1943.
